Bengü Rızza did her bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering Department at Middle East Technical University, Ankara (2004) and completed her master degree on Social Environmental Sciences at Ankara University, Ankara (2005 - 07). She worked for EPS Engineering Consultancy as an engineer and dealt with ISO 17025 System Management and reporting of Industrial Sources Air Quality Measurements between 2005 - 06. From Sept. 2006 to Dec.2007, she employed by IRG.SAVE project as Logistic and Technical Support Specialist for Environment & Natural Resources Program and worked with international experts on water, wastewater, solid waste, management of special protection areas and environmental impact assessment issues to build local capacity. She received PRINCE2 registered practitioner title as a result of UKAS accredited APM Group course on project management in 2008. She has been working for Cyprus Turkish Investment Development Agency as a consultant, since December 2007.
Gamze Kanıdinç completed her Bachelor of Arts studies in Business Administration at Yeditepe University, İstanbul (2005) and achieved her graduate degree in Master of Science in International Business Economics in City University London with Distinction, in 2006. She worked as an Investment Consultant, from December 2006 to December 2009, in United Strategy Securities Ltd gaining experience over Stock and FX trading in international markets, as well as trading many other financial instruments. Gamze Kanıdinç has been working in Cyprus Turkish Investment Development Agency (YAGA) as an Investment Consultant, since August 2010.
In 2003, she graduated with Distinction in Business Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University. Later in 2007, she completed Europe Management Master’s Program, led by ESC Rouen Business School in collaboration with European University of Lefke, with her thesis in organizational culture and effective administration. Between 1999 and 2004, she served as a member at AIESEC Eastern Mediterranean branch for three years and later as a member of the Board of Directors for two years. This represented her transition into work life during university. She contributed to educational and team leadership roles by participating in planning, project design and administration, besides several marketing activities. She continues to provide support to consulting and educational related fields. Between October 2003 and February 2004, she worked as a Department Assistant at Economics Department of Eastern Mediterranean University. While employed as an Administrative Assistant at Kaner Şirketler Grubu during 2004 – 2009, she pursued activities in external and internal operational logistics, research and reporting. Between 2009 and 2014, she served as a Program Coordinator for four years and as a Program Manager for a year at The Management Centre’s Corporate and Proffesional Development Program. During this time, she served in roles involving institutional marketing, administrative consulting services, domestic and foreign funded grant program project writing and execution, preparation of feasibility reports, ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems setup, administrative consulting and educational program design. Additionally, she attended several domestic and overseas educational programs and seminars focused on strategic planning, marketing and education, among which was TMI-PDR Group’s Training of Trainers Certification Program. In September 2013, she completed her Pedagogical Formation education at Atatürk Teacher Training Academy. She is a founding member of TRNC Human Resources Management Association. Since February 2015, she has been serving as a consultant at Cyprus Turkish Investment Development Agency (YAGA).
In 2009, Kerem Esençay graduated from Business and Management program at University of Hull, England. Right afterwards, he joined the MBA (Master of Business Administration) program at Swansea University’s Business and Management department. In 2010, he switched to Swansea Metropolitan University where he continued his post-graduate degree studies. He wrote his thesis on the topic of ”Importance of Service Marketing in contemporary business” and graduated at the end of 2011. In addition to having worked as a sales representative at Çangar Motors, he also participated actively in the handling of import activities. Since February 2015, Kerem Esençay has been working in Cyprus Turkish Investment Development Agency (YAGA) as an Investment Consultant.
Born in 1982, he graduated from Türk Maarif Koleji in Lefkoşa in 1999 and received his BSc in Finance with from Louisiana Statue University in 2003. He started his professional career at CMC Markets in London working as a credit, market, regulatory asset liquidity risk manager and designed the company’s ICAAP. After working at Bank of New York Mellon as ICAAP Manager, he returned to Cyprus in 2014. He worked as a senior local expert in the EU funded TAPS project, providing technical assistance to BSOs in Northern Cyprus and KOBİGEM. Since 2018, he has been a specialist consultant in the public sector working first at the Ministry of Finance and more recently at YAGA.
Gülşah Çerçi received her BSc in International Trade and Business from Eastern Mediterranean University. She is currently working towards an MSc in International Business Management at EMU. She worked at Türk Bankası from 2015 to 2018 as business and individual portfolio manager. She completed training programs in project cycle management, entrepreneurship, marketing and accounting. She has been working as interest rate subsidy loan program coordinator and monitoring expert for grants funded by Turkey at YAGA-KOBİGEM since May 2018.
Dizem Batu received her BA in Communications from Near East University in 2009, and is currently working towards her second degree in Business Administration from the Anadolu University distance learning program. During her studies and her professional career, she successfully completed training programs in communication methods, brand management, body language, project cycle management, financial management, cost accounting and inventory management. Prior her studies she worked part-time at various TV stations as a reporter and as a PR Expert at an A Class travel agency. Following her graduation, she started working at the Near East Hospital as an Institutional Relations Coordinator before moving on the purchasing department coordinating the purchasing and tender process for different departments and faculties. She worked at the Ministry of Interior Immigration Office on a project between 2016 and 2018. Since May 2018, she has been working YAGA-KOBİGEM as PR Coordinator and monitoring expert for grant programs funded by Turkey.
